The directors of Unipart Group of Companies Limited (“the Group”) present their tax strategy for the year ended 31 December 2023. It has been approved by the Board and satisfies Schedule 19 of the UK Finance Act 2016. This strategy encompasses the operations of the Group as a whole, including all UK subsidiaries and covers all UK taxes and duties.
It is seven years since the UK government introduced mandatory gender pay reporting. A great deal has changed over that period, across the UK as a whole and in our company. This statement has been published in accordance with section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act).
