Previously, Unipart printed and posted over 3,500 copies of the annual report to all shareholders. In 2024, we consulted our current shareholders to ask if they would prefer to receive electronic notification, a letter providing a link to the annual report, or continue to receive printed copies. This has resulted in significant environmental and financial savings. If you would like to receive electronic communications, please visit the Shareview website www.shareview.co.uk to register.

As Unipart Group of Companies is a private company, shares may only be offered for sale during a ‘share dealing period’. This occurs periodically at a time decided by the Board of Directors, and shareholders will be notified when such an opportunity arises. The Board reviews the position annually, and should the Board decide to hold a share dealing period, all shareholders will be notified with details on how to participate. For your information, the latest published valuation, issued on 29 November 2009, is £0.41 per share. An updated valuation will be obtained and communicated to shareholders as part of any future share dealing period.
